  Warren is a mechanical engineer with 12 years of global trade compliance experience, spanning roles in both consulting and corporate environments. His expertise covers multiple sectors, including aviation, automotive, medical devices, and power generation. Warren's core competencies include import/export commodity classifications for various countries, with a specialization in EAR and ITAR regulations, commercial and defense export licensing, restricted party escalation review, and antiboycott.

Before joining Amalie, Warren acted as the sole empowered official for an exporter of aviation defense articles, liaised with BIS and DDTC officials, and successfully obtained export licenses via SNAP-R and DTRADE. He has delivered numerous trade compliance trainings and has written and implemented policies and procedures to enhance compliance programs. Additionally, Warren has experience conducting AES audits, responding to internal control/quality audits, driving corrective actions, and remediating findings with objective evidence of improved processes.
